SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH (SDOH)
ADS, through its programs MISSION: AGAPE and Bridges to Care, is building a community-driven SDOH system that addresses food insecurity, transportation, workforce barriers, financial instability, and access to care through coordinated, relationship-based support. Using a concierge-style model, ADS connects residents to food delivery, health referrals, financial literacy, workforce development, and essential resources while tracking outcomes and strengthening partnerships across the Mon Valley to improve long-term stability and community health.

ADS advances workforce development by connecting residents to practical pathways toward employment, entrepreneurship, and long-term economic improvement.

ADS advances food security with our MISSION: AGAPE program across the Mon Valley with 9 access points, targeted home delivery, and a community farm stand.

ADS partners with health care, and financial institutions to provide important education seminars to residents across Allegheny County.
family support initiaves
ADS stabilizes families at critical times throughout the year. Through MISSION: AGAPE, families may receive clothing, school uniforms, hygiene products, birthday cake kits, holiday food, Easter baskets, pet food, and Christmas gifts.
